Jacqueline Villegas

Jacqueline serves as Sales Assistant for the Trust team out of our Rockford office. In her current role, she helps support Trust Officers with their books of business, leveraging her strong client service and relationship management skills. Effective in problem resolution and communication, Jacqueline is also fluent in Spanish and English. She brings over a decade of experience in banking and financial services, with her most recent role as Assistant Banking Center Manager for Midland States Bank.

Jacqueline obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources from Upper Iowa University. She takes pride in her community and seeks opportunities to give back through local volunteerism.
