Alpine Bank Statements have been processed and are available.  We continue to experience a delay in transaction posting in online banking.

Online Banking Update


We are currently experiencing a delay in transactions posting in online banking. This delay could cause online banking to present incorrect account balance information. We expect to have this corrected this morning and will provide updates as soon as we can.

We are experiencing technical difficulties with Consumer and Business Online Banking.


• Currently pending transactions are not visible

in your account history.


• Alpine Bank customer account history is not complete, which may result in an incorrect running balance.


• Alpine Bank statements for Online Banking are still processing.


We are working on these issues and you will begin to see more history as the day progresses. We will continue to update you regarding online banking throughout the day.

Using Consumer Online Banking for the First Time


You will be able to continue to use your current user ID (user name) and, the first time you login, you will use the last four digits of your Social Security Number as your password. You will have multiple prompts that will be required the first time you sign into Online Banking, including acceptance of the new terms and conditions of Midland’s online banking. You can access your online account through a computer, tablet or smart phone.
