Application Requirements
To apply for a business interest bank account, businesses must provide:
A valid Employer Identification Number (EIN). Sole proprietors may use a Social Security Number.
Business formation documents such as Articles of Organization, Articles of Incorporation, or a Partnership Agreement.
An Operating Agreement (for LLCs and partnerships, if applicable).
Government-issued identification for all authorized signers.
