Jim Denning
SVP - Director of Sales at Midland Equipment Finance
Within his role as Senior Vice President and Director of Sales at Midland Equipment Finance, Denning oversees a strong national sales team which includes capital markets, national accounts, and various vendor channels. He focuses on the development, management, and implementation of the production strategy of the equipment finance sales origination platform.
Denning has nearly 40 years of financial experience in the banking industry. He most recently served as senior vice president and National Sales Manager at Scottrade Bank Equipment Finance. Previously, Denning served as a vice president within the Manufacturing Equipment Division at TCF Equipment Finance. He also served in leadership roles at Popular Leasing USA and Popular Equipment Finance, subsidiaries of Banco Popular North America, and U.S. Bank Equipment Finance, among others.
Denning is a U.S. Marine veteran, serving in support of Operation Desert Storm and Operation Fiery Vigil. He attended Fountain Gate Theological Seminary.
