Senior Manager – Operations & Risk Management
Kristin Stupples serves as Senior Manager of Operations and Risk Management for Midland Wealth Management and Midland Trust Company. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic design, leadership and implementation of the division’s Operations and Risk Management functions to minimize business risk and optimize efficiency. She works collaboratively with business partners on process design, procedural documentation, and training programs necessary to support the business unit. Kristin has more than 15 years of operational and client service expertise. Her prior experience includes roles as Trust Operations Manager, Securities Coordinator and Operations Specialist with two major Midwestern regional financial services companies. Her education includes a B.S. in Management Studies from Rockford College and she is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Cannon Trust School. She holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation.
