Ben is a Vice President and Trust Officer at Midland States Bank and has more than 20 years of experience in trust marketing and administration.  He specializes in administering 1st and 3rd party special needs trusts, guardianships for minors and disabled adults receiving proceeds from a personal injury or wrongful death lawsuits and FTCA trusts.  Ben assists attorneys and other interested parties in designing personal injury settlement plans that create meaningful long-term financial management strategies unique to each client.  Ben takes pride in delivering prompt service and treating his clients with empathy and respect.  Prior to joining Midland in 2013, Ben was Vice President for a Milwaukee based Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Additionally, he received his designation as a Master’s Certificate in Structured Settlement Consulting (MSSC) from the National Structured Settlements Trade Association and is a graduate of the American Bankers Associations’ National Trust School.
