For Primary Administrators
This page is designed to help you prepare your organization for the transition to Midland Business Access. Please review the information below and share any relevant updates and resources with users on your team.
Downtime Notice
Online banking will be unavailable from August 7 at 6:00 PM until approximately August 10 at 9:00 AM CT.
Bill Pay Changes
Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable beginning August 5 at 3:00 PM to prepare for your transition.
Beginning on August 10:
ACH Payments & Wire Transfers
Review and finalize all ACH and wire templates by August 6 at 6:00 PM.
INTUIT (Quicken® & QuickBooks®)
Complete the Intuit deactivation steps by August 6 using the instructions below, if applicable.
Initiate and fully approve:
Future-dated wire transfers after August 7 and ACH transactions with an effective date after August 10 will not transfer and must be recreated in Midland Business Access after conversion.
Positive Pay
Review and make decisions on any Positive Pay exceptions on or before August 7.
Best Practice: To avoid disruption, we recommend submitting critical or time-sensitive payments at least one business day in advance of August 7.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Complete the full login process, including password reset and security setup, to avoid delayed access to the new system.
Refer to the User Management Quick Start Guide to set up and enable additional users.
After reviewing user access, the Primary Administrator should notify users when they can log in and provide instructions for the first-time login process.
Contact your Primary Administrator to unlock or reset user access.
Users will be locked out after 3 unsuccessful login attempts. Password reset will be available after first login.
