Wealth Client Portal Access

Clients may access the Wealth Client Portal in one of the following ways:

If You Access Wealth Through Online Banking

Your Wealth Client Portal access has been enabled automatically.

The first time you select your wealth account in Online Banking, you will be prompted to:

  • Review and accept the Application Terms of Use

Once completed, you will have access to your personalized Wealth Client Portal.

For future access, you may:

  • Select your wealth account from the Online Banking home screen, or
  • Access the portal through the navigation menu

    If You Are a Wealth-Only Client

    You will receive an automated email from Midland Wealth Management (noreply@bdreporting.com) with the subject line, “New User Setup.”

    Important reminders:

    1. The email contains a secure setup link that expires after 7 days.
    2. Clicking the link will prompt you to set up security questions.
    3. You will then create a secure password.
    4. The final step is to review and accept the “Application Terms of Use.”

    Once completed, you will be directed to your personalized Wealth Client Portal.

    For future access, visit midlandsb.com and select “Wealth - Trust & Investment” from the Login dropdown menu.

    What is changing in Online Banking?

    Eligible wealth accounts will now appear on the Online Banking home screen alongside your banking accounts. You may select your wealth account to access the Wealth Client Portal for detailed portfolio reporting.

    Do I need to do anything?

    If you are already enrolled in Online Banking, no action is required. Your Wealth Client Portal access will be enabled automatically, and your eligible wealth accounts will appear on your home screen.

    Please allow up to one business day for portal access to become available.

    If you are not enrolled in Online Banking, you will need to enroll to view your banking and wealth accounts together.

    Why do I not see my wealth accounts?

    Wealth accounts will appear if you are enrolled in Online Banking and have eligible accounts associated with your profile.

    If you believe you meet these requirements and still do not see your accounts, please contact your Relationship Manager.

    Will I still use the Wealth Client Portal?

    Yes. The Wealth Client Portal continues to provide detailed portfolio reporting, performance history, statements, and household-level views.

    Online Banking provides convenient access and a high-level account snapshot.

    Will my household accounts appear?

    Online Banking displays accounts based on your existing authorized access.

    For consolidated household reporting, please continue using the Wealth Client Portal.

    Are my permissions changing?

    No. Your Online Banking and Wealth Client Portal access permissions remain the same.

    Can I access statements and tax documents from Online Banking?
    You may access detailed statements and documents within the Wealth Client Portal after selecting your wealth account.
    What types of wealth accounts will appear?
    Eligible accounts associated with your Online Banking profile will appear. Certain accounts may require access through the Wealth Client Portal for full detail.
    Can I rename my wealth accounts in Online Banking?
    Yes. You may assign a nickname to your account in Online Banking to help you identify it more easily. This does not change the account name or how it appears on statements.
    Is this enhancement secure?
    Existing authentication and multi-factor security protocols remain in place.
    Who do I contact for assistance?
    If you need assistance with Online Banking enrollment, please contact 888-635-5052. For questions about the Wealth Client Portal, please contact your Relationship Manager.
    Why am I not able to access the Wealth Client Portal?

    Your browser’s pop-up blocker may be preventing the Wealth Client Portal from opening.

    To resolve this, allow pop-ups for this site and try again. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Customer Care or your Relationship Manager for assistance.

    Are Raymond James (RJ) accounts included?
    RJ accounts are not included in the Online Banking wealth account view. You may choose to link external accounts, including RJ accounts, using the Money Management tool.
    Where may I access my wealth account online?

    Wealth Client Portal (for Wealth-Only Clients)

    • Visit midlandsb.com and select "Wealth - Trust & Investment" from the Login dropdown menu.
    • Need online access? Contact your Relationship Manager to get started.

    Online Banking for Wealth & Bank Accounts

    Eligible wealth accounts will now appear on the Online Banking home screen alongside your banking accounts. You may select your wealth account to access the Wealth Client Portal for detailed portfolio reporting.

    • You may also access the Wealth Client Portal through the menu navigation:

    On Desktop: Select Manage Money from the top menu.

    On Mobile: Select More from the bottom menu.

    Then, select Wealth Client Portal and click OK to continue.
