Kristin serves as Senior Manager of Operations for Midland Wealth Management and Midland Trust Company. She leads the strategic design and execution of operational and risk management initiatives, with a focus on minimizing business risk and improving efficiency across the division.

Kristin works closely with internal teams to develop processes, document procedures, and create training programs, supporting the day-to-day and long-term needs of the business. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in operations and client service, including previous roles as Trust Operations Manager, Securities Coordinator, and Operations Specialist at two major Midwestern financial institutions.
