The Muny Ticket Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and ends on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
One Way to Enter: To enter online, visit the Midland States Bank Facebook page, “like” the giveaway post, and tag the friends you want to spend a summer night at the St. Louis Muny with.
Limit one entry per person. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States and be 18 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes is void in all states except Illinois and Missouri and where restricted or prohibited by law.
Employees of Midland States Bank and its affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, service partners, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as their immediate families and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
On Monday, July 27, 2026, Midland States Bank will conduct a random drawing and select one Grand Prize winner from the pool of eligible online entries.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant based on the entry information submitted, the entrant will be deemed to be the person named in the entry.
The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by Facebook direct message on Monday, July 27, 2026.
If the potential Grand Prize winner cannot be reached within two days of the first notification attempt, that person will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected from the applicable pool of entries. All prizes will be awarded.
The Grand Prize winner will receive four tickets to see Meet Me in St. Louis on August 8, with an estimated value of $400. The prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner only. No other person may claim the prize on the winner’s behalf.
No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the prize is allowed. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Limit one prize per person.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to produce documentation of eligibility upon request and agree to the Limitations of Liability section of these Official Rules. Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within the documents.
If a potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.
All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, including income taxes, arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and voice in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
The Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, at its sole discretion, it determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes through cheating, deception, or other unfair practices, or intends to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor representative.
Any person attempting to defraud or otherwise tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims made by winners or entrants related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any claims, damages, or liability arising from injury, damage, or loss to any person or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
