The Muny Ticket Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2026, and ends on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Online Entries: To enter, visit the @MidlandStatesBank Facebook page, “like” the giveaway post, and tag the friends you want to spend a summer night at the St. Louis Muny with!
Limit one entry per person. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries permitted. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States and be 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void in all states except Illinois or Missouri and where restricted or prohibited by law.
Employees of Midland States Bank and their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, service partners, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), immediate families, and members of their households are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
On Monday, July 27, 2026, Midland States Bank will conduct a random drawing and will select one Grand Prize winner from the pool of eligible entries. The pool of eligible entries consists of Online Entries.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the entry form information submitted, the entrant will be deemed to be the person named in the entry form. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in the entry pool.
Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by Facebook direct message on Monday, July 27, 2026. If a potential Grand Prize winner cannot be reached within two days of the first notification attempt, such person shall be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected from his or her respective pool of entries. All prizes will be awarded.
The winner will receive four tickets to see the show Meet Me in St. Louis on August 8, with an estimated value of $400.00. The prize will be given to the Grand Prize winner only.
No other person may claim the prize for the Grand Prize winner. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Limit one prize per person.
Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to produce documentation of eligibility upon request and agree to the Limitations of Liability section of this document. Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents.
If a potential winner does not comply with the Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, including income taxes, arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, and voice in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.
Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, at its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims made by winners or entrants related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, or other claims, damages, or liability due to any injury, damages, or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
