Oscar Veras
Trust Officer
Oscar joined Midland Trust Company in 2014 and serves as Trust Officer. He specializes in Special Needs Trusts (SNT), guardianships and investment management accounts. Oscar handles the administration of trusts and works closely with individuals and families to meet their financial needs.
Oscar received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in International Relations from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. He holds a certificate in Essentials of Trust Administration from the New York State Bankers Association and is a Notary Public. Oscar successfully completed Cannon Trust I, II and III with the Cannon Financial Institute. He is pursuing his Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation from American Bankers Association. Oscar is fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
