Alana serves as Retirement Plan Officer and provides plan administration and recordkeeping solutions. She delivers exceptional service and supports Retirement Plan Services clients and their unique needs. Alana also assists the Director of Retirement Plan Services with strategic development initiatives and annual plan reviews. She is certified in Retirement Plan Fundamentals through the ASPPA and obtained the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA)® credential and designation.
