The system will have a new voice, menu options may have different names and will be listed in a different order. And, you will be able to conduct your selections by enabling voice recognition by pressing 8*. You will also be able to exit the Bank by Phone system and speak to a Customer Care Specialist by pressing 0 during Customer Care hours.

You can select your Bank by Phone options by using your voice instead of pressing a key. Press 8* to enable voice recognition.
You can Activate, Deactivate and Re-order your debit card.

- Individual Retirement Accounts
- Money Market Accounts
You can quickly move money between accounts, as long as funds are available. You can schedule future dated transfers once or on a recurring basis, as well as transfer a payment from a Midland account to your loan account.
