Forgiveness Application Status Update

The SBA has started to send back approvals for borrowers who fully completed and submitted PPP Loan Forgiveness applications. As we receive confirmation of approvals for our borrowers, Relationship Managers will notify customers via email. Please review the information contained on this page for details related to timing on the review and pending approvals for all Forgiveness Applications.

If you are a Midland borrower and have not yet started your Forgiveness Application, we encourage you to so immediately by reviewing the information below.

SBA Loan Forgiveness Application Instructions for Borrowers

To apply for forgiveness of your Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan, you (the Borrower) must complete the SBA loan forgiveness application as directed in the SBA documentation, which is then submitted to us (the Lender for your PPP loan). Information and support items to assist with the forgiveness process are included below.

We know that it may take time for you to gather the support documentation and we suggest you start right away. Once you are eligible to apply, we’ll email you with instructions to begin the application.

Should you have questions after review of the documentation below, please contact your Relationship Manager. If you do not have a dedicated Relationship Manager or need assistance contacting a member of our team, Customer Service is available at 855-696-4352 to assist.

PPP Documents

The SBA has several PPP Loan Forgiveness Programs dependent on specific business and loan criteria. Please review the following information to determine which program is appropriate for your business.

Note: Documents have been updated by the SBA effective January 19, 2021

For Midland PPP customers, there is no need to fill out or submit any paper documents. These documents are provided for reference to begin gathering information for your application. However, a Midland Relationship Manager will be contacting each PPP borrower with information to electronically complete forgiveness applications.
