Midland PPP Customer Information

This page contains helpful information to assist our PPP customers with loan forgiveness applications and pending approval information. The information below is only relevant for customers who received their Paycheck Protection Program loan through Midland States bank. 

Important Note: This page is provided as a customer courtesy. The SBA is responsible for the rules of this program and determining the amount of loan forgiveness, which can include full, partial, or no forgiveness. Updated information on the terms of Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness is available on the U.S. Treasury and SBA websites.

PPP Round 2 Forgiveness Application Status Update

The SBA is actively accepting Round 2 PPP Forgiveness Applications and has started to send back approvals for borrowers who have fully completed and submitted their applications. Relationship Managers will work directly with borrowers on completing their application and providing notification and pending information needs. Please review the information contained on this page for details related to timing on the review and pending approvals for all Forgiveness Applications.

SBA Loan Forgiveness Application Instructions for Borrowers

To apply for forgiveness of your Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan, you (the Borrower) must complete the SBA loan forgiveness application as directed in the SBA documentation, which is then submitted to us (the Lender for your PPP loan). Information and support items to assist with the forgiveness process are included below.

We know that it may take time for you to gather the support documentation and we suggest you start right away.

 

All Round 2 PPP Loan Borrowers are eligible to apply for Forgiveness at this time.
