Frederick Van Etten

As President of Midland Equipment Finance, Van Etten is responsible for managing, directing and growing the Equipment Finance division. With over 30 years of experience, Van Etten is a financial services veteran and is highly-regarded throughout the industry. He most recently served as president of Scottrade Bank Equipment Finance, a division of Scottrade Bank, and senior vice president of Scottrade Bank. Van Etten was also a member of Scottrade Banks’ Executive Leadership Team. Van Etten has also held various executive leadership roles with public and privately held institutions in the equipment finance industry.

He currently serves on the board of directors of The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis and has been involved in various non-profit organizations throughout his career.

Van Etten earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business and earned his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.
