Eric T. Lemke

Mr. Lemke was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank in November 2019. He has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of financial and risk advisory services including internal audit, credit administration and loan review services. Prior to joining Midland in 2018, Mr. Lemke served as Chief Financial Officer for a privately held bank holding company in Chicago. He has additional experience as a financial services partner at RSM US LLP, a national middle market accounting and consulting firm. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Mr. Lemke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA^®) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois CPA^® Society.
