Welcome Letters will mail within 15 days after the transfer date.
Yes – please complete the LoanCare ACH form that was included with the LoanCare Welcome Letter. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact LoanCare at 1-800-274-6600.
• Midland will continue to process payments for March 18, 2019 Servicing Transfer customers through March 15, 2019. Payments due beginning March 18, 2019 should be sent directly to LoanCare.
• Midland will continue to process payments for April 1, 2019 Servicing Transfer customers through March 29, 2019. Payments due beginning April 1, 2019 should be sent directly to LoanCare.
* For a short period of time, if a payment is received at Midland after the dates listed above, we will forward to LoanCare. However, we cannot guarantee their processing timeline of those payments.

LoanCare will send your first statement approximately 2 weeks after the Servicing Transfer date.
As long as Midland or LoanCare receive a loan payment prior to the grace period expiration date, a late fee may not be assessed. For more information, please contact LoanCare at 1-800-274-6600.
