As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we have established protocols to ensure access to customer accounts remains intact. 

  • Drive ups: Our branch teams are ready to help with nearly all your banking needs, especially opening new accounts, through our location drive ups. 
  • Online banking: With features like bill pay, e-statements, money management and transfers, online banking allows customers to complete almost all their transactional needs and much more.
  • Mobile banking: From mobile check deposit to enabling banking through your smartwatch, smartphone and Alexa devices, our app makes account access easy. 
  • Customer Care: Customer Care representatives are available extended hours to help answer all your banking questions. Give them a call at 1-855-696-4352.

With as unpredictable as coronavirus is, we've made the hard decision to keep lobbies closed for the time being. We're using this time to implement changes to Midland States Bank lobbies, so when we do reopen, we can be confident that the environment will be conducive to both a safe and positive banking experience.

As the coronavirus continues to impact markets and consumer behaviors around the globe, including our recent decision to temporarily suspend lobby access at our branch locations, please take a moment to review some valuable reminders related to your business online banking services.

As a current user of our Pro Online Suite business online banking services, you have access to a variety of features available to you to perform many of the day-to-day activities of managing your business. Please review the list of services below as a reminder of capabilities that we can assist you with, all with the convenience of use from your computer or mobile device.

Coronavirus Impact Update

We at Midland States Bank and Midland Wealth Management take the health of our employees and customers very seriously. As such, we have decided to temporarily suspend lobby access at our branch locations beginning March 17. We understand that access to your money and assets are paramount. While the branches themselves may be closed, the drive thru services will be open. We plan to resume in-branch service when conditions improve.

Now would be a good time to download and use our banking apps. We have apps for both business* and consumer customers. These tools can help you:

  • Deposit checks
  • Review your balances
  • Pay bills
  • Transfer money and more

There are some branch locations that do not have a drive thru. Customers that typically bank at these locations are asked to visit another branch that is in the area.
